I was considering ordering one of Connect Fibre's Full Fibre broadband packages, but had questions on how to go about this, as I was coming to the end of a contract with another internet service provider and was not on a FTTP package. I began interacting with an adviser called Awais (Ace) via Connect Fibre's chatbox service. He suggested that he phone me if I had further questions and after I agreed to this, he phoned me straight back to discuss things further. Ace was knowlegeable, friendly and helpful and I ended up ordering their 500 Mbps Turbo package which I felt was good value.
