Incredible customer service. Polite and responsive from start to finish. Kept us updated at every stage of proceedings, we actually managed to get installed 3 days after placing our order.
Engineers were polite, answered all questions, clean tidy and you would not know they had been here.
The hub on the 1000mb plan allowed us to remove our booster netgear nighthawk as all the remote cameras managed to find and link to it, something our old system was not powerful enough to do, some devices are as far away as across the road to our house in a tree!
So all devices are connected as before. Speeds somewhat faster and more responsive than before, not blistering to be fair, as I think the issue lays at the other end sometimes on programs that are fed to you. Some things are much better, others are improved but inherently slow I feel, not the fault of the fibre which is reporting huge speeds on all devices tested.
I use a massive amount of graphics and some of my speeds are awful, but then the programs in question are awful too.
Photoshop was a bit of a pain, but it seems to respond more quickly to me now and if you use it you know what it’s like.
The main thing here is that given the costs compared with 80mb fibre from other providers, it’s only a couple of pounds more a month, the fibre is brought up through existing ducting that BT/openreach used originally, so no digging up the roads, no fibre just to your nearest box , it’s fibre right into the house, no dodgy 30yr old copper or worse and into their box’s no sharing with 60 other connections.
I know I sound like work for them, but I installed networks back in the 80’s so I’ve been waiting a very long time for ‘StarTrek’ to become a reality, now if Elon musk or Dyson could just work out how we can beam around and allow me to tell my microwave what I want to eat and it create it… wouldn’t that be good? 🤣🤣

Just had the full fiber from Connect fiber fitted. Very helpful and professional team did the installation, very clean and considered job. Impressed with the Internet, full level of speed anywhere in the house and no freezes. Very happy all round 😀

Had Connect Fibre installed this morning, Jordan who did the install was very friendly and polite and respected my home,we discussed exactly where I would like the socket to be placed, once the work was completed he answered any questions I put to him definitely a credit to the company. From my first contact with Connect Fibre all can say everyone has always been very helpful.Now I have faster Broadband at great price. Definitely would recommend Connect Fibre with no reservations.
