One of my Internet nodes decided not to work. So I called the Connect fibre helpline. A lady called Kate helped me by talking me through the procedure to get the node to work again. What a lovely lady, thank you

"Tech support experience"

I had a problem with the internet and needed some tech support. Raised a ticket on the website and got a call back within a few hours. I actually missed the call, wasn't expecting such a quick response. I raised a follow up ticket late on Sunday afternoon and got on an online chat pretty much straight away. Problem was sorted and I am pretty impressed with the quality and speed of the problem resolution. Not what I am used to from other service providers tbh.

Big thumbs up from me, just hope they can keep up this level of service.

I have had connect fibre installed for a couple of weeks now with no issues to report, great installation team fitted the router exactly where I wanted it at the back of the house

Just taken contract out after my initial 18 months ran out. Fantastic broadband when none of the established big boys could provide. Great customer service, excellent all round company, very pleased.
