I'm a disabled, single mum who can't cope with making phone calls and is even worse at having people in my space but from the initial contact with Connect Fibre, I was reassured and put at ease by a very kind, patient and understanding team of people who clearly know their craft.
The installation was of course, not a simple job but Matt and Moesha said they'd have a go! And they did! They talked me through every stage, what every blinking light was, what cables go where, how it all worked but they were so patient and explained things in a way that I could understand... They clearly knew what they were doing and I felt comfortable knowing they'd get it sorted! Long story short, Matt and Moesha gave me and my kids a little bit of independence today and I'm so grateful for their kindness, knowledge and determination. They even tidied up as well!

(I appreciate I sound like a little old woman but it was genuinely such a positive and appreciated interaction and it's really helped me a lot!)

Speeds are absolutely insane too - from a functional point of view, I am thrilled!

Great work team, from my initial contact enquiry through to service delivery you all did an outstanding job, I'm really impressed by how smoothly it all went.
A name check has to go to my installers Dan and Niall who were absolutely amazing, we've just moved in, the house has not been decorated since the 70's! and has all our stuff in boxes (all over the place), Dan and Niall professional, courteous, very friendly and accommodating.
Top notch customer service all round and the broadband service is incredible, I'm getting the full 1 gig synchronous and a 3 ms ping!
