Full fibres finally here and what a difference it's made. There was quite a delay in actually getting online from the initial site visit, but that was due to circumstances beyond Connect Fibres control, waiting for the council etc to arrange permits to dig up the street etc etc, however that said the actual bits of work Connect Fibre team did was fast, efficient and the team of fitters at my home left the area clean and tidy, hiding the cabling as best they could around the exterior of my home. They were quick with the actual product setup, when the time came. The customer service representatives have been great whenever I've had a need to contact them - quick to answer (which is amazing these days) polite and listened to what I was after and dealing with any query on the first time of calling. A fair few other company's could take a leaf out of their book in this regards! So, so far so good - I recommend them very much.
