I moved to Connect Fibre earlier this year after my previous supplier doubled the cost of my package.
The installation process was brilliant, I had a future install booked and got a call saying do you want the installation next week!
The engineer was great, very neat and cleaned up, wouldn’t have known he had been in the house. I called customer service to stop a phone interface shipping as the engineer left one, expected an extended wait on hold. Phone was answered in 20 seconds.
My second contact was regarding a technical issue with an error flagged by my cyber security software, again answered very quickly, a call back was needed and all resolved the same day.
Internet speed is as advertised and consistent.
Can’t fault the service and no in contract price rises.

Engineers Luke and Steve both professional, courteous and helpful. Post install back up call was an excellent service. Due to the high upload speed I now attain, all my Nest cameras work continuously with dropping out as was the case with my previous supplier (BT).
Internet connection and streaming seems flawless.
Lets hope it continues.
