"Broadband ok TV now cancelled"

Broadband fine but TV absolute rubbish, need a million passwords and QR codes and even then it’s pot luck if it works. Connect fibre contacted me regarding this issue and have cancelled my TV subscription and refunded my charges.
In all other respects they have been helpful, polite and efficient it’s a shame the TV let them down.

Great guy called loz who introduced to connect fibre was ment to be installed on the 5th November and instead got installed on the 22nd October 24 supernatural broadband and definitely recommend
