I have decided to move to connect fibre as my currently broadband is only 40mbps and so I contacted them by phone, I spoke to Awais who was very helpful and walked me through the options clearly explaining everything without being pushy. The experience was excellent throughout and I’ll be using them going forward. 5 ⭐️ Highly recommend

1star is been polite Iv had connection issues for months since I joined Iv spoken to members of there team that many time I know them by name. Not once has an engineer been sent out and my internet just disconnects constantly. I speak to same 3 people over again with no resolution. I’ll be terminating my contract with them and setting up a new one with someone else.

We was the first in our village when they installed connect fibre and I have constantly recommend them..you get a true speed for.whatnyou pay for and in the 2 years we hab3 had them we have had 3 outages which lasted minutes. Great company great customer service and response

Had connect fiber installed two weeks ago by Steve and Gary clean and tidy neat workmanship respected my property wore overshoes on entering my home all the time. Had followup call from Kate making sure all was OK broadband speed insane and no drop out, customer service you actually speak to people not bots

The process of moving to connect fibre was seamless. The engineer who came out was very professional and explained everything. The follow up call to check everything was working was also great. My broadband is now 10x faster than it was before. Thanks to Cam the engineer and Katie who did the follow up call.
