I’d just like to mention Laurence (Sheffield) who originally signed me up to your Company. He has called at my house several times to check that everything is going well with my CF connections. When I was originally signing up he made everything very clear to me and I was able to extricate myself from the clutches of Virgin quite easily. Well, I say quite easily. It took several phone calls/ extensions where I was offered a cheaper contract which I refused on account that if they could do that, then it could have been that price to start off with.

"Connect Fibre - a breath of fresh air"
Our previous broadband provider offered to replace our copper wire for a fibre optic cable, giving us super fast broadband for only a small increase in monthly rate. We accepted but apparently, as most providers rely on a major third-party company to install the cabling, the provider has no control over this company or the installation. We were then messed around by this third-party over a seven month period, during which we provided access for eight Engineer visits. On install day, half way through the period, only the internal cable was run. The third-party company, then wanted £2500 plus VAT to the job - we declined. Our neighbour recommended Connect Fibre, who deal with everything in-house. Their engineers agreed a scheme of works to run the wire and implemented it efficiently on the day. They thoroughly impressed us with their attention to detail and care to ensure we were happy with every aspect. There was no £2500 plus VAT charge and we are now paying less per month than the previous provider was charging us for the old copper wire broadband. As an added bonus both my neighbour and myself received a £60 credit each applied onto our accounts as a thank you for the Recommendation the business - What a breath of fresh air - a Company who actually values its customers and treats them as such!

I have had excellent service from the start. Troy made an appointment to discuss Connect Fibre a while ago which obviously impressed me enough to change from Sky. The installation was exactly when I was told it would be. The service provided has been brilliant, no problems with the internet. I m so glad I changed provider. Thank you.
