"Refreshing change to speak to a non- pushy sales person"

Only started my contract with Vodaphone in May 24 so when I had a door knock from a person from this company I said I would not be interested because I was in contract.

Craig Grimshaw, their representative explained quickly that it did not matter and that I could forward order at today’s prices .

I invited him in and I cannot stress how pleasant Craig was , knowing I was still in contract.
I am an ex Sales Manager for a multinational company so I am very hard to sell to.

Craig is not pushy, he is honest, he listens ( not many sales people do this). I trusted what he told me.

My contract with Vodaphone does not end till May 26, I signed up to start with Connect Fibre then and the plus is I get it at today’s prices!
An EXTRA BONUS is that I get a discount because I was born before 1958.
It is a refreshing change for a company to help pensioners….the government don’t seem to care, even the BBC don’t care about pension reduction on licences.
This company does care. I got my discount even though I am not on benefits.

I have received an email confirming everything Craig told me. This prompted me to put my experience on Trust Pilot .

Craig explained how much faster my broadband will be.
If you are considering changing supplier I would give this company a call and ask for Craig. I am sure you will be glad you did.

"Connect Fibre - Fantastic Service and Support - Highly Recommended"

I switched to Connect Fibre in July 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I signed up, their customer service team was incredibly helpful and attentive. They guided me through the setup process and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.

To complete my installation my pavement and front garden had to be excavated and the team that performed this were efficient and friendly and kept me up to date with what they were doing throughout the whole process.
They made good after they were done and you can hardly tell that any work had been done.

The internet speed has been fantastic. And having a fully symmetric service has been great for working from home.
I opted for their 'Hypersonic' plan (with their Mesh and Static IP add-ons), and it's been revolutionary for me.
I work in IT and software development and so have quite high expectations but Connect Fibre have exceeded them in all aspects.

My house has foil backed plaster board and so WiFi operation is made more difficult than normal. To combat this I have previously used a Mesh WiFi system and so I opted for Connect Fibre's Mesh add-on which works wonderfully well. I have fast WiFi speeds in every corner of my house thanks to this.

I also opted for their Static IP add-on which allows me to access some of my home equipment and services when I'm out and about. It is also useful if you do any online gaming. (For those in the know, with Connect Fibre Static IP you get NAT type 2 as opposed to NAT type 3 if you just use Dynamic IP. This allows more flexible online gaming).

Plus, the reliability has been impressive; Since switching I've only had one outage - and that was not Connect Fibre's fault, (a car crashed into one of the roadside equipment cabinets and destroyed it).
Even during this outage the Connect Fibre customer support team sent me text messages and kept me fully up to date with the progress of the outage. I couldn't have asked for more in the circumstances.

I also fully appreciate their transparent pricing with no hidden fees, which is a refreshing change. The online account dashboard is user-friendly, making it easy to monitor my support tickets and view my bills.

Overall, Connect Fibre has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and customer-focused ISP. Keep up the great work and thank you Connect Fibre!

Your company is hopefully providing internet at a rate that is affordable to pensioners like us. We are fed up with being ripped off by sky.

"Hi I rarely recommend any company…"

Hi I rarely recommend any company however these folks have been amazing. The Internet service itself is perfect both up and down Hover around 980mbs with just 19ms ping. I'm a gamer and this has massively upped my game. But where this company sets itself aside from the other is there customer service. They answer almost straight away. Always go above and beyond to help. If they say they will call back at a certain time they will and damn close to the time. There was even one time I had to call them but then due to puppy disaster I had to hang up before anyone answered, they then called me stating that I had lost connection and did I need anything. Now that is good customer service. Happiest contract I ever contacted.

"After being with a leading broadband…"

After being with a leading broadband provider for a long time it was quite a brave step for me to take going over to connect fibre but I’m so glad I did because I have faster broadband and the communication has been great from start to finish of the installation. I would recommend!
