Amazing experience with Connect Fibre. After attempting to arrange installation with another provider(ridiculously complex and poor service), leading to a last minute installation cancel, I asked Craig if he could work some magic last minute. On a Friday afternoon I needed broadband by Wednesday and he was able to arrange full installation by Monday afternoon. Nothing short of a miracle to be honest. Craig kept me informed throughout the process and followed up with all aspects with the crew. Look no further, the experience here is what all other providers should be striving for.

I had a query about my phone connection and the status lights which Katie instantly resolved. This was the same Katie that spent a significant amount of time effectively resolving my Mesh problem on the initial installation a couple of months ago. This was a complex issue involving a TP-Link Deco 9 mesh system being linked to the Connect Fibre system that I have had for years which needed to be kept for technical reasons. Once she had resolved it she contacted me the following day to confirm that all was well. This is again outstanding service from this company and something that you will never get from other suppliers. Great support !!!

Very easy transfer from our previous company, would highly recommend. Every now and then we lose connection on a couple of apps/ channels but couldn’t fault the engineer

Although we had to wait a long time and had a couple visits to clear a blockage on the drive I can honestly recommend connect fibre, the engineers were always polite and did there best , now all installed and a great service backed up by various calls to ensure everything is running as it should , all round good service

Super Smooth transition from my old provider to the new, being ConnectFibre. Installation, a breeze, also a friendly engineer helps. All installed and cleaned up afterwards. The Engineer was very thorough, explaining everything as he went along. Such a stress-free experience. Everything installed on the day that was planned, no delays or hiccups in the process. Very happy with the final product. Super quick Fibre speeds as promised. Would highly recommend this ISP. Also received a phone call as an aftersales courtesy call.
