"A true benchmark of customer service."

I've been a n official customer of CF for 2 months and it's an absolute pleasure.

On initial engagement, I thought it was too good to be true. A new infrastructure being set up, with faster than Openreach speeds, at a lower price than my existing provider, with an offer to pay out my existing contract and NO PRICE HIKES?! Sketchy. So I googled them.
I signed up in Feb or March and figured it won't cost me until it goes live. and it didn't. No suprise charges, no fuss.

What I didn't expect is to be absolutely floored by an outstanding customer service. An optional WhatsApp service you can text with same day responses. No bot redirects, and not a one hour to deal with a simple query unlike other providers. Installed on the agreed date and 0 outages since. Thanks again to the CF Team! Now to get my mum on to your service 🙂

Overall I’ve been really impressed - support is top drawer. You speak to real people and they call you to chase down open tickets. Great personal customer service - it might even catch on 😃

"Moving to Connect Fibre"

Up to now I cannot fault my journey with connect fibre. From the moment I rang and enquired about moving over to them the customer service has been outstanding, always polite and informative. They have made sure every step has been explained 😊
Equally the installation was as good the engineer left no mess and asked where we wanted the router, and went over the App details until we finally got it 🤣

My experience connect fibre so far has been really good,from the engineer that out the women I was speaking to on the phone could be any more helpful if she tried, I have a problem with the mess that wasn't a problem she said she would phone me back when I'm home and talk me through it.
Very pleased with broadband, the TV side of it, basically just recordable Freeview
box works ok. It's never going to be sky. But I'm ok with that

"I was hesitant before but so glad I moved to Connect Fibre"

I recently joined Connect Fibre and had fibre installed at my property. When I first spoke to them asking how the cable would be routed to my property, they quickly replied saying they could send an engineer out, and I was under no commitment to proceed with the installation if I wasn't happy with what was proposed. I decided to go ahead and have some of my block paved driveway lifted. I'll be honest I was very worried because it seemed (to me) a massive task. The install team came out, dug a small hole in the pavement, then ran the cable under my block paved driveway, to a small box fitted on the side of my house. When they were finished you could barely see what they had done, it was such a tidy job! Then the next day another guy came out to route the cable into the house and install the router. He was such a nice guy, friendly and very careful of my house. A couple of hours later he was done, with yet another superb clean and tidy install. Now I have incredibly fast broadband, and I have to give a mention of the router they provide, it is first class. I have 40 connections in my house, and it handles them all with absolutely no issues.

I also have to say the customer service team is awesome, on my few chats with them they have been responsive and helpful, absolutely brilliant, it makes a change to be able to speak to someone quickly when you have a problem, my previous broadband provider (NOW Broadband) was absolutely terrible, Connect Fibre is like a breath of fresh air! I cannot recommend them enough - long may it last!

"Faulty internet, quickly restored"

Today (17/09/2024) I have dealt with 4 members of the Connect fibre team, 2 online technical help (Estelle and then Adam) and 2 engineers (Mowesha and Jed). I reported problems with my internet yesterday evening via an email to CF Support. This morning I had a call from Estelle followed by an email on how to factory reset my router and then Adam to follow up on the reset and subsequently getting engineers to call. I spoke to Adam latterly at about 2pm and the first engineer, Mowesha, was knocking on the door by 3pm. By about 5:30pm with Jed's assistance a new fibre had been pulled in and we were up and running again. Marvellous service! All members of the team were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date with progress and next steps throughout the process.

Based on today's experience I can heartily recommend Connect Fibre. Excellent customer service throughout!

Please correct the spelling of Mowesha's name as I'm sure I've got it wrong.

Sam gave me a call about my full fibre renewal and sorted a Very good price for me which I was very happy with. All the staff of connect fibre are such a pleasure to chat with and are very amiable.

"Poor Communication and Process"

We waited 4 months for them to be available in our area. We signed up to a pre connection offer. Then got an email to say now we can arrange the installation. After many phone calls, chats and emails and giving them our personal information including bank details we are sat here on our installation day. The Engineer was suppose to be with us between 12 and 1pm. I called to check on the arrival time as it had passed 1pm and was told they could be with us anytime before 5pm. At 330pm we received a call to say we are really sorry we don’t know what has happened but we cant supply to your area …..so I’ve booked a day off work for this installation which you have known about and confirmed, to then be told can’t do. Wonderful thanks for allowing us to cancel our existing broadband supplier and thank you for wasting my time. Very angry and frustrated.
