Impressed with the service from day 1. Engineer arrived on time and the work was done quickly and cleanly. No upsell which I appreciated. Friendly check up call after installation, no scripted upsell there either. Happy with the service and would recommend.

After a up and down start to the service received via yourselves for numerous reasons I then spoke with Katie who listened to my side of the story and my concerns and vowed to do her best to resolve the issue. I appreciate it’s not Katie’s decision at the end however speaking with her peers and keeping me in the loop throughout to then speak with her this evening and be told all is resolved is a massive relief and a MASSIVE thanks to go to Katie for going above and beyond!!! 👍🏻😁
