Cannot fault Connect fibre, coming from BT and as a previous Virgin customer I got to say CF are a pleasure to deal with. Had a couple of dropouts which seems to get fixed in minutes.
Just had an issue with my router which they replaced with no quibbles. Very happy I made the switch.

Our engineer Falon was excellent. He installed the fibre very neatly and with minimal mess. He was very polite and understanding and helpful overall. We normally dread workmen coming to the property but I can honestly say he was a pleasure to have in our home. The fibre is working well so far (it has been in almost a week now) and the phone line has just changed over. Thank you to fibre connect for finally getting us decent speeds!
