What an absolutely fabulous time we had at the Elizabeth Street store on Wednesday. Myself and two friends received a really great experience from Caleb.
His personal attention, knowledge of the fragrances and details of how the perfumes were thought of by Jo were so enjoyable. He was genuinely enthusiastic and not at all pushy to sell the products. He left us to choose for ourselves but he was available for advice if needed.
This young man is a great champion for your brand. We were very very happy with our time spent in store. We will be back!!

"Everything that could go wrong"
EDIT after Jo Loves reply: I will never order from you again, will inform everyone I can to never order from you, and have left this review here so others can also know what a despicable company you are and never deal with you if possible.
Everything that could go wrong, went wrong.
- website wouldn’t take the codes that gave you gifts with purchase. Wouldn’t allow you to select the gifts, wouldn’t process them, and even if they got accepted, when I finally placed my order, the gift with purchase didn’t make it into the order.
- it took me so long to try to make it work, the product I wanted disappeared. I put my email to be informed when it was back in stock, but it was never sent. I ended up stumbling on the product being available again by myself, randomly browsing.
- parcel showed with 30€ worth of custom fees.
- customer service apologized for the missing gift with purchase, and said they’ll include in the next order.
- i had ordered a sampler, and when I went to order the perfume I wanted, I asked to put the gift in that order. No problem.
- I never received the tracking link (I ended up requesting it when it’s been a while, but they sent one that was void) the parcel showed up randomly, asking for 30€ worth of customs fees again (even if the value was 0€, since everything was prepaid). I refused delivery, contacted both UPS and Jo loves, they promised they’d deal with it.
- and here we are. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks since ordering, 2 weeks since I refused delivery, and I still do not have the parcel. Customer service promises clearance and prompt delivery, that they’ll pay everything but they haven’t. They have never offered any sort of commercial gesture, just empty promises.
The perfumes themselves are a bit weak. Basic. Not bad, just weak and simplistic. And expensive for the quality and formulation.

"Very disappointing longevity. "
Went to Elizabeth street store last week and was served by a really helpful lady.
I deliberated between Jo by Jo Loves and Pomelo paintbrush. Opted for the first and bought refill pack of 3 too.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and not what I’d expect from any scent. The scent of Jo by Jo loves barely lasts 10 mins, however the tester of pomelo I was given lasts several hours. Wish I’d gone for that one instead as the longevity is far superior.

"Disappointing "
Brought a bottle as a present. It has arrived but just a bottle no box so can’t really give it as a gift, looks like it’s been opened. Bit disappointing really it would be helpful if it had been clearer when ordering that you had to pay extra for a box.

"Poor customer service "
As a loyal fan of Jo Malone London for many years I thouht I'd give Jo Loves a try. I'd obviously forgotten I signed up to their emails 5 years ago but I've never bought anything. (Don't know where the emails are going if I've signed up to them?) Last week I noticed online they were giving away a 10ml of fragrance with your first purchase over £80 if you sign up. So I signed up. I was spending double that so seemed a good deal. Waited a few days for a code to arrive. None arrived. Emailed customer services as couldn't get through on phone. Was told because I had signed up years ago, even though I hadn't purchased anything, I wasn't eligible for the free fragrance. The code you get is time limited and you MUST purchase at that time. Very poor customer service and I will not now be purchasing anything from Jo Loves. Jo Malone London (aka Estee Lauder) will be keeping my loyalty.

"Resolution"
I wrote an earlier review regarding my experience with the fragrance Jo Loves/Flower Shop and their customer service agents . To add to my earlier review, I'd like to add the following message.
I just received an email from one of the staff at Jo Loves, who very kindly offered to replace my current purchase with another fragrance. I am pleased with this offer as I really do not wish to be difficult. I think the offer to replace with another fragrance is the proper thing to do and it is acceptable to me. Hope this helps.

After waiting for my favourite amber lime and bergamot to come back in stock I snapped it up as soon as I could! Soooo glad I did. I used standard delivery on a Thursday night and it arrived Saturday morning. I got a mango Thai lime sample and pink one which were gorgeous. Thank you Jo Loves ❤️

"SPAM EMAIL"
I started getting spam email from this company pretty much every day for the past few weeks. I have never used them and don't know where they got my email address from but any company acting like this is suspect in my book.
UPDATE. In reply to your reply, I wrote to you earlier this week asking where you got my email address from and also to remove all of my details from your database. As yet I still have not received a reply, your lax attitude to data protection is worrying. You have no right to hold my data, I have no association with you.
UPDATE2. I emailed you to get this fixed, you should be reading all emails and resolving them as necessary. You shouldn't need me to send an email address through this forum. When you reply to my original email I will update this thread to let you know it has been fixed.
Update 3. I already sent an email to that address and received an automated response so I know you have it.

"Dont waste you hard earned cash"
Packaging beautiful, actual diffuser beautiful….the diffuser scent (fig trees) utter disgrace, cannot smell a thing!! Im a lover of the candles however this is on another level and not in a good way, you cannot smell a thing. I contacted customer services who asked me to return the item and they will send to their ‘lab’ to test the strength of the scent, the fact the ‘scent’ is in the actual diffuser makes it pretty difficult to return it, lesson learned I will never purchase this again, this wasn't cheap it costs £90 and that is a lot of money to waste, you would be better off getting a diffuser scent from poundland……so blooming disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

"So disappointing "
Sadly thought I’d try out Jo loves as I’m a fan of Jo Malone perfumes. What a mistake I was tempted by the welcome gift which was advertised on Social Media and duly placed an order using the link. On receipt of my order I was disappointed to find my promised free gift wasn’t included I phoned their helpline straightaway and was assured that it could be rectified if I just explained via email. I was very surprised to receive a reply asking for a code and saying that may get my free sample if I placed another order they even goaded me with a much better promotion which I can’t use as I’m not now a new customer . Just beware of ordering under the impression that you will receive honest and good service. It’s not a surprise that they have so many poor reviews wish I’d read them before I placed my order
