"Tried to use more than one voucher…"
Tried to use more than one voucher online. Guess what not allowed, nowhere on website does it say this. Gutting that hadgifts bought by relatives. Answer was they couldbe merged... Asked if they were to be merged could i use the rest on another purchase... No answer. Poor show from Joloves. Also as much as i love fragrances disappointed with this. May go back to your original or go back to oldies such as chanel, tom ford etc. Sad times

Live chatted with Georgia as had a query about fragrance choice as not able to get in to the store.Extremely quick response, knowledgeable and helpful. Went with the Pomelo and her advice on the 2 free samples (perfect for hand luggage size) All arrived within 48 hours. Delighted. Think previous older reviews have been acted upon as my experience was seamless. Thank you Jo ❤️

"Useless website - awful online experience"
Products have original scents and not too pricey for niche parfumerie, the online shopping experience is absolutely terrible. The website keeps crashing and gives you a stream of errors, so it’s a mission to complete any purchase. I’ve even had money taken of my PayPal and the order subsequently cancelled by JoLoves because of their failing website.

"Jo Loves products are incredible!!"
Jo Loves products are incredible! I was given one of the discovery sets as a gift from a friend, which meant I could smell a huge range of the Jo Loves perfumes and decide my favourite. Spoke to Customer Services as the discovery set came with a voucher for a full bottle and was a little confused on the website how to use it. The Customer Service was the best I've heard from in a loooong while. So helpful, so friendly and so knowledgeable on everything. Would highly recommend using Jo Loves.
I learnt my absolute fav is Jo by Jo Loves (the signature of course!). I'll be back for more soon I have no doubt xxx

"What an experience with this company"
What an experience with this company. I purchased a £325 advent calendar and waited in anticipation for its delivery. Long story short , they instructed DPD to deliver. DPD left my parcel in a place by the delivery address but not AT my delivery address and I couldn’t find it. Now after keeping me waiting for 8 days, they say nothing they can do !!!! Be careful everyone. Pitiful service.

Very poor , website is hit and miss for ordering. Endless attempts proved unsuccessful. Delivery timescales too long. And afraid to say the quality just does not come close to jo malone brand. Dissapointing

"POOR customer service"
I LOVE Jo Malone, and after recently listening to a wonderful interview on Planet Money podcast, I couldn't wait to order from Jo Loves. After some difficulty with the website, I ordered 2 perfume paintbrushes. Never came. Contacted the company and was told Fed Ex delivered the package on May 25. NOPE! They would do nothing to help me and would not offer me a refund or replacement. I went through my credit card company for a dispute. In the meantime, today, June 3, the FedEx package appeared in my mailbox. Apparently it was delivered to someone else. Thankfully, I must have a kind neighbor. I will not be ordering from a company with such poor customer service that does not stand behind their delivered goods . I contacted them more than 3 times, and received responses saying,Fed Ex said it was delivered, we can't help you.

"Extremely poor value for money"
Being a big fan of Jo Malone perfumes and having spent lots of money on the products over the years, I decided to try a Jo loves scent at £115. It is a beautiful scent when first applied but within less than 1hr the smell is very hard to detect by myself and other people ! Very poor value for money as having to reapply every hour even though it says 3-6 hrs . Very poor response from jo loves customer service as it was purchased from a different retailer due to jo loves site being down at the time I was buying. If you want value for money and a perfume you, and others, can smell stick to the original jo Malone scents or try a different brand.
