"Beware of Turbo Tenant they take fees for fraud properties"
Beware of Turbo Tenant they take fees
for fraud properties on their site.
I will be speaking to the news media
soon about Turbo Tenant.
My name is Ajeenah Murarsheed.
My sister name is Khalilah Brown.
We had applied for 2 properties on
Turbo Tenant website last month.
I have paid application fees
and background screen fees
through your website Turbo tenant.
It has been a week and I have not heard
back from the 2 landlords for both
properties yet.
I'm very concerned and upset because
I sent messages to both landlords 2 days
ago through your website. Turbo Tenant
needs to be blasted on Televisión and
on CNN.
Turbo Tenant is a scammer that use
fake properties on their site.
I asked Turbo Tenant to refund
my money $120.00 and they
refused to do so.
I paid $60.00 per application
fee on these crooks websites.

"AVOID TURBOTENANT LIKE THE PLAGUE"
I run a legitimate HIGH QUALITY/HIGH STANDARDS property management company. We are member of the American Apartment Owners Association, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and member of various local real estate and landlords associations.
I signed up for the first time this morning... Listed a single unit to test their services out... and within 20 minutes got a notification my account had been locked. I emailed customer service, which actually responded back pretty quickly and friendly. They requested documentation I was authorized to list the unit for rent. I gave them copies of my photo ID, a copy of the leasing agreement with the owner, and a copy of the legal entity certificate for my business.
Got an email back from one of the "Trust and Safety" members with the reply "Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to TurboTenant Customer Support. My name is Christina, and I will be stepping in for Jeny today.
I appreciate you taking the time to provide these verification documents. After reviewing the documents and the associated account per our security protocols, we will not be enabling your account to market your listings through TurboTenant.
Regards,"
No explanation..... crickets.... will not reply back to emails asking what I did wrong!... I didn't do anything!!!!... lol... this is crazy!
No number to call.... No way to appeal or figure out what the reason is or where I went wrong.... Just "Bye now!"
Just read other reviews all over the internet that aren't mine.... MANY similar experiences
AVOID TURBOTENANT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
After their reply... I repeat... AVOID TURBOTENANT LIKE THE PLAGUE... They're clearly retahrded

"I am landlord"
I am landlord. I have been trying to cancel my account for months. The only way to cancel is to send their customer service an email. They DO NOT respond to customers. I called them this morning and they claimed they haven't received my email s and blamed the spam folder.... what joke. I don't recommend them at all.

"Not all addendums pull in"
I don't like how when you tell turbo tenant there are pets on the lease , it doesn't automatically pull in the pet addendum from the other forms. It should absolutely do this and give the user the option to remove it from the lease. This protects the landlord the best. I was very upset to find that this didn't occur on the lease I just got signed. Also, it doesn't address legal marijauna use on the premises. Landlords need some kind of protection here. Also, what happens if the die? There needs to be a release completed at the time of the lease so that you can allow proper people in to get their things. Otherwise, anyone can say they are related and steal their stuff. Then the landlord is responsible.
I do like how it markets, screens and collects rent. It is very easy platform, jus tneeds some tweaks.
