These people are complete fraudsters! Not only can you not cancel your subscription for a prorated refund but when they automatically renewed my subscription, they charged me $149 for the premium plan, even though their renewal notice email, that I missed, says it's going to renew at $99.

Love love love this app!! But what’s even better is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer so I did my best getting the app set up and it was so easy (even for me as a butter knife🤭) I did ask for some clarification and boy oh boy Brad and Lachelle came thru in a big way!!!! They walked me thru the process and made me feel heard and seen with the issue I was having. Thinking of using this app? It’s well thought out and backed up by real peeps that truly care!
