I signed up as a property manager with 15 units. They advocated that marketing was streamlined and showed me all the features. The first property I listed had so many issues with slow updates to the syndicated websites, and my scheduling link was immediately broken. I was unhappy so asked for a refund, and also asked them to remove my bank account and credit card information from my account, but they ignored me. Greedy company who is unwilling to work with unhappy customers.

You can market your property, screen applicants and send a lease agreement all through the software. Then you can collect rent through the software which helps automate the rent collection process.
The customer service gets 5 stars because they are very helpful to resolve whatever issue you are having.

Absolutely Horrible! They block the account even though all notarized property ownership documents have been shared including utilities. their reps seem polite but frankly the whole system is incompetent, discriminatory and racist. Follow-up: The company followed up not to ensure quality management but to remove the reps first names from the review! How incompetent is that!

"Breeding place for scams"

Turbotenant is fine but the real problem with them is they don't screen for scamming. There are landlords who post listings, collect application fees, and then delete the listing a few days later. This happened to me, and I'm a broke college student. $55 is a lot of money for me. Plus their support is absolute trash. They online phone line is an automated message that tells you to contact your landlord. If you are applying for rentals use a safer application such as apartments.com.
