Message system is a terrible experience, not user friendly at all and almost amateurish. If you advertise and 1,000 people inquire, but you rent to one tenant and you want to message that one tenant, you need to sort through the 1,000 inquiry messages to find the messages you really want from REAL TENANTS.

You cannot delete the 999 you don't want, but you can supposedly archive the 999 one at a time. Once you have spent your lunch hour and then some archiving ONE AT A TIME, then find out they are still there and the archive did not work. That was a waste of time.

Currently researching other services as I have complained, and they don't care or cannot figure out how to make messaging more user friendly.

I love it that I don't have to nag my tenants to pay the rent, and that there is a free service that helps me manage my expenses and do credit and security checks. Highly recommend!

I've been using TurboTenant as a landlord for one year. The TurboTenant user interface is easy and intuitive to use. TurboTenant make it easy for me to manage my rental property from creating/extending lease, checking in with my tenants, managing repair requests, finding tenants, setting up deposites, and other very useful functionality. It's also easy for my tenants to pay their monthly rent and send feedback to me. Their customer service is also very friendly and helpful. I'll continue to use TurboTenant.

TurboTenant is the best place I have ever used for managing all my rentals. Keep track of all your properties within one site. Within your listing which is broadcast out to multiple sites, they also have a link for prospectives to fill out a pre-screener and later an application if you choose to accept them, and have their credit run at their own expense, or yours if you chose. You can add many photos, and information to describe our listing and all your communication are in one place. TurboTenant is the best thing since apple pie!!! I highly recommend them. There is also a paid version which gives you lots of extra perks such as leases for each state and so many other services which make the price worth it.

I started using TurboTenant to market my property on several websites. I ended up processing all of my applications through the platform. They provide leases, according to what state the property is in, which is great, I have properties in Colorado and Texas, so there was no second guessing if I was in compliance. My rents are collected via the platform as well and deposited into the checking account of my choice. I can't say enough good things about this truly amazing product!

I have been using Turbo Tenant for about 1 year. My turnover of tenants is very low for 7 units. The tenants working hard to increase their credit score, appreciate their capabilities of paying their rent electronically and having access to printing their payment history and seeing their Credit Scores. I have only used the marketing advertising part for one rental that was open. I have used the lease preparing portion twice and was confident with the final result meeting regulations. I have not used any features for the tenants to report problems or in need of repairs. I live within blocks of rentals and drive by them evrryday. I still do maintenance requests via phone calls or texting.
