"Wish I’d gotten this sooner "

I have been a landlord since 2006. I now have 6 doors in 3 states and have self managed the entire time. I started using TurboTenant in 2021 and wish I’d gotten it sooner. I love that it takes the chase for rent out of being a LL. I know my tenants have been sent reminders about rent and when they don’t pay TT adds the late fee and I don’t have to be the bad guy. I love that I can write leases and collect rent and track expenses. I highly recommend to any landlord.
