Really streamlines the landlording process, automating tasks like sending reminders to tenants, collecting rent, applying late fees/penalties etc. They have a paid service that let's you get a compliant lease for any state then you can of course add your unique clauses so you're sure at any time that your lease agreements are solid. Among many other features 😄. It's free for the landlord to collect the rent but I think if you want it fast-tracked into your account there's a charge for that but don't quote me on that, I haven't needed to use that option at all.
