"The site is not well supported"

The site is not well supported. Chat bot sends you irrelevant videos and articles to watch. After 20 minutes of this useless info, the bot did prompt me to write AGENT for a live person. The live person tried to help and may have escalated my case IDK. In the end, my two prospects paid $45 each and i did not receive their identity/credit reports. One was sent verification data from another person. That's why his report could not be completed. We used another service and am happy to report we signed a lease. After the lease was signed, turbotenant corrected their problems, but woukd not refund the money. I never viewed the identity/credit reports via turbotenant. Late info is worthless.

They owe me tenants $45 each and i am embarrassed.

Wish I could look at previous years yearly overall income. I know you can see it by the month but I’d like a year selection option so I can look back at present years and see which apartment makes the most or that sort of thing. The current per year is very nice it’s just I don’t see an accurate picture until December. And then it goes away.
