Turbotenant is the best thing for landlords,,especially a very new landlord that are confused and very inexperienced, like myself. They got everything together and ready for u to be a successful landlord. They make it easy. Plus I got the most inquiries on tenants wanting to rent my property than any other site that I used.

I have used TT as a property manager for a couple of years now. I really like many of the features including the ability to advertise on several sites through TT, creating the lease, doing a background search on the tenants, and recording expenses. It can do many more things I don’t currently use. Highly highly recommend!

I am a 65 yr old Landlord who got tired of Property Management companies. So when I retired, I decided to take over. I considered other apps but I found Turbo Tenant to fit my need. The have very good support who held me by the hand the first 6 months. I am not computer savvy at all. But their app is very intuitive. Their after office hour Bot is also spot on with the answer. The only sad part for me was when all was set up and running smoothly, I hardly call and speak to their support team. But I get to say Hi every now and then.
