Ex Military so I used the Defence Discount Service where I received a discount. My wife and I are in our 70s with medical conditions. The on line procedure was very easy to complete and covered everything we wished and declared. The price without my ex Military discount was competitive and with it was good. It was also very comforting to receive E Mails from Ian throughout the cover and although we were fortunate in not having to claim. I am certain that the procedure and outcome would have been well handled. Next year for holidays I will look no further tha Explorer. Many thanks to the team
