"Ordered a bistro set"

Ordered a bistro set, always concerned about buying unseen, but the quality is superior to the sets I have seen in garden centres and the price is excellent. Delivered as promised on time with plenty of info.
This set is way above the build quality I have been looking at and we are very impressed with all aspects of rattan direct. Would certainly purchase again from this company

We have been very pleased with the quality of our furniture. Since purchase we have since added an additional middle section, this was very easy to do via telephone.
Delivery is seamless and prompt and we particularly liked the fact we could select a date that suited us
One of the foot plates had a faulty part which was very promptly replaced.
The customer service was excellent.

"Premium Truffle Ascot Range "

Bought ascot premium truffle set in 2020. Have since bought several other pieces to match original set. Problems with some of pieces so wished hadn’t started to buy this range e.g. causing rust stains on composite decking, some items replaced but same problem with rust stains. Internal liner for storage box faulty, storage box not waterproof without the cover but the cover has perished & replacements covers are not available. Most recently newest chair bought in 2021 has discoloured & looks scruffy compared to other pieces in the set, Rattan Direct have said unable to do anything as it’s out of 2yr rattan guarantee.
It is advertised & priced as a Premium product but I have been disappointed with the quality & service.

Brilliant service, really helpful when I called about cushions. Great value, easy to order etc. Excited to use, just waiting for patio to be finished!! Delivery was great pretty much on time polite and efficient crew.
May look to order another sofa next year depending on patio outcome.

Great company. I ordered 2 rattan swivel chairs at a great price. Kept me informed on delivery date which was quick ! Delivery service was excellent. Unfortunately the chairs were not for us and Rattan Direct arranged a quick return collection and refunded us all within a week. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
