"Still waiting for my order "

Still waiting for my order , I’m not sure it’s ever going to come due to stock take !!! Presumably sells stuff they don’t have ! Will be asking for a refund if I don’t hear anything within the next week. So disappointed.

What a bad experience we have had, and Are still having!

We ordered a Double egg chair and lounge set to go in our garden, with Rattan direct. We went with this company because the reviews looked positive. Off memory, We ordered this set around October 2023. The lounge set arrived Several months later (I think it was middle of summer 2024) And the egg never came! They kept moving the date forward every time I called, and in the end, they said it wasn’t ever going to arrive! We had to order an alternative set instead.

I also ordered a storage box for the cushions to go in. This was in March 2024. It is now October 2024. Again, they keep pushing the date back for arrival every time I call. I called them last week (The day before it was meant to come, for the 4th time) And they said it is now not arriving until March 2025!!! They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to say it wasn’t coming. I had arranged my day to make sure somebody was home to receive the item, like I had done many times before. I asked if I could speak to a manager on the phone. The lady said they will call me back that day. Nobody called.

I have asked if I can return everything because I want my furniture to match. I have a feeling this box is never going to come, and we need it for the cushions. When I asked to send everything back, They said they can’t do that because it is on two separate orders.

They have given us a partial refund for the box, but this is not good enough.


I don’t know why the company chooses to sell items that they do not have in stock.


The cushions are also very disappointing. They have faded so quickly! We have taken them in the house every time it has been slightly damp outside, so they haven’t been out for very long at all, as it was not a good summer! I have friends that have similar cushions from different companies, and they have not faded after a long time of having them.

We have spent a lot of hard earned money between the two orders, so we are very disappointed, and wish we went with somebody else!

The sun lounger was delivered as promised. The quality is excellent in both design, build and comfort. It even came with it's own weatherproof fitted cover that was not shown in the product description which in itself was an unexpected bonus. All-in-all the whole process from placing the order to receipt; together with the product quality and value has been an excellent experience... a supplier I would happily recommend.

Found Ratten direct online offering 70% discount on most of their range..we chose our garden set and parasol opted for interest free credit and it was easy,although we had a bit of a delay with delivery dates we were compensated with extra cushions which were great and a delivery date was arranged and Ratten Direct certainly delivered, on time without fuss and all in perfect order. I would definitely recommend Ratten Direct to anyone looking for garden furniture and will look forward to our next purchase.Well done Ratten Direct keep up the great service that we received from you.we couldn't be more pleased with the service.
