"Parameter is irresponsible company"
Parameter is irresponsible company! I booked a parking for three days when I arrived at the airport no one was there because of that I missed my flight and what made me so angry and disappointed the companies response to me as follows:

Please excuse the delay in replying.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for this incident. Situations like this not only damage the reputation of the car park but also affect us as distributors.
The car park is not managed by us; Parkimeter is a booking platform that includes different establishments distributed all over Europe, including 24h CarPark Lisboa Airport - Valet.
The car park unilaterally cancelled your reservation without providing us with a reason, which we therefore do not know. We have already contacted the car park manager to request an explanation.
As for us, we could only proceed to cancel the booking and refund you in full — which we have already done (Please note that this may take a maximum of 48 hours -working days-).
Please rest assured that we take your negative experience very seriously and will take the necessary measures to prevent such situations from happening again.

Parking réservé pour trois jours à Amsterdam. A l’arrivée, impossible de rentrer dans le parking (qui par ailleurs indiquait qu’il était rempli). Impossible de joindre Parkimeter et la société qui gère le parking n’a aucune trace de la réservation. Bref nous devons trouver un autre parking. Pas encore de réaction de Parkimeter pour ce qui concerne le remboursement.

"Gran atención al cliente"
Entré sin problemas, aunque reservé desde ayer. Llamé al parking para avisar de que llegó mañana al final, y no logré entenderme con la operadora del parking.
Desde parkimeter me llamaron y solucionaron super rápido mis dudas. Un servicio de 10.
Siento que algo no va bien y que mis 50€ pueden irse a saco roto. ¿Podéis atender mi consulta de email? Porque los del parking no parece que vayan a colaborar porque ni les suena que pueda venir yo con un código de reserva. No quiero llegar mañana y arrepentirme de haber usado parkimeter. Gracias

"Terrible lack of service when things go wrong"
Twice now I've booked valet parking, arrived at Lisbon Airport early in the morning and been let down with no one there to collect my car and no one answering calls. Parkimeter take no responsibility, there's no one there to help and processing an eventual refund takes two weeks. No one apologises or considers the inevitable additional cost of having to find alternative parking at zero notice. Customer service is truly appalling. What is the point of booking parking without the confidence that it will actually exist?

Ich hatte eine Buchung für 8 Tage in Lissabon vereinbart.
Bei der Rückholung des Fahrzeugs gab es Probleme: wir mussten ca. 50 Minuten auf der Straße warten.
Vereinbart waren max. 20 Minuten
Es war bereits Mitternacht.

"BEWARE NOT RESPONDING!!! NO HELP!!"
I really don't understand why they have 4.6 stars!!!!!! I was trying to contact them whole day but no response or help. We had to pay for parking in Barcelona(Nou Camp) again as we were told the voucher, that Parkimaster provided, is "toilet roll"!!!!!! Lost over 40 Euro and will claim this WHATEVER IT WILL TAKE!!!
DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!

Could be ok but instructions to take ticket or get it validated was at odds with what you find at the car park - possibly worth checking out first as it may be that you just park and it's ok ?
Initially poor review as couldn't confirm what to do with conflicting instructions but by email they have now apologised - it just took a while and I was concerned about getting a fine - but I didn't - communication by email was more effective with them than by phone
