We ordered a replacement bath panel for a corner bath, I've been searching for one measuring 1800mm for a long time. I saw this one and ordered it straight away on Easter Monday, it was delivered on the Wednesday. I fitted it the same day and it did the job perfectly,very pleased.

I ordered a shower tray. I kept it wrapped until the plumber arrived for its own safety. When he unwrapped it he found it was cracked UNDER the packaging so clearly was packed already cracked. They REFUSED my refund or replacement because it took me more than 30 days from ordering to finding a plumber. I think they packed a faulty item they should replace it they're blanking any reasoning. Therefore I consider this company to be dishonest.
