avoid if you want to secure units to wall. ordered a 4-drawer kitchen unit to see what the quality was like b4 ordering the rest for my kitchen as Argos were out of stock on there's.
Firstly may I point out that there is no way of securing the unit to the wall ? never seen a kitchen unit that does not screw to the wall and there is a 5inch gap away from the wall so not possible to fix to a wall to make it solid, apart from that the two side panels were cracked which meant they were slightly bowed so the middle drawer unit would not sit on the runners, called customer services and was told to email them, will update when I have had a response
se.18/5. must say I was shocked at the quick response from them they have agreed to send out 2 new side panels which show's good customer service, also I have to admit that they are of very good quality and easy to build, I shall be ordering more for my kicten and one other.

Brilliant company, box turned up slightly damaged and missing part customer service was excellent offered refund or partial refund if the item was kept.
Would defo order from here again!

Excellent out of catchment area delivery service on Large Gazebo.
I booked my own Courier and Staff at JD Furniture removed and checked everyting in the box to avoid that IKEA experience....
They also photographed everything for me so If needed I could Claim compensation from Courier if dammaged in transit without buying their mock insurance.

Even after contacting the JDfurniture to enquire about my delivery they did nothing or offered nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience. This delievery is now not scheduled until next week. Long after the 2 days I was quoted . Poor service and if I'm honest unlikely to order again.
