You most certainly are not happy to assist with a return or missing parts. As proven by the phone call my husband made earlier and the response several people witnessed. The man was rude, accusatory and anything but helpful. My husband was accused of stealing the side to a cabinet that was “supposedly new” however he was also told you have CCTV footage showing you at JD furniture packing the same cabinet with all the parts present. Firstly, I didn’t know you were a part of habitat so needed to pack the new furniture on your site, I will have to contact them about this too (as it looks bad on them) and secondly I would like to see this footage showing clearly all the parts present and correct that you have accused my husband of stealing. Tell me when exactly was you happy to assist him with a return or replacement parts? was it when you were accusing him of stealing the missing part? Or when you told him he will not get a refund?
Pretending to be nice over the internet isn’t going to win brownie points with the customers who have had to deal verbally with your accusations and blatant underhand dealings. And attempting to get real customers reviews taken down so you can keep up your facade, disgusts me even more! Hopefully now I’ve supplied trustpilot with evidence that we stupidly brought from you instead of a respectable business, they’ll keep this review up so others go to a more reputable business and don’t have the experience we have had with you!

Sold us a cabinet with a full side missing. Phoned up to say it’s missing he called my husband a liar and said he won’t be giving us a refund as we apparently stole the side of a cabinet! He didn’t even offer to source the missing part. Just told us we were liars. I mean come on! Who on earth wants to steal the side of a cabinet? What good is one side of a cabinet? For real? Grow up!
Don’t treat people by your own lowly standards. The majority of people are most certainly not the same as you!
Please don’t go here and don’t give him your money. Go elsewhere, this company deserves to go out of business, with so many reputable companies struggling - it’s beggars belief this company is still trading.
It appears looking at the reviews when the item you buy is undamaged and all in one piece, it’s good. But it also appears that if you have missing or damaged pieces you receive the most awful, non existent customer service possible. And have to deal with a very, rude man. Meaning trading standards and possibly small claims court. Why bother, when you can simply go elsewhere?
I do feel sorry for any of your poor staff, fancy having to put up you all day!

Worst place ever!!!! Ordered a sofa October 3, 2023 and when I called again! Chris told me they no longer deal with that company file a claim! I’m out of $1,096!!

Can’t give a 5 star as I did have a few issues trying to arrange delivery but item was packaged really well no damage but steep 15 delivery charge but at the end of the day they built the item for me and that’s no extra charge the lady was always keeping in contact and even delivered the item on the way home due to no driver available si went out her way for me. Thank you

Delivered a poorly packaged and damaged item, then refused to acknowledge the damage (despite photographs!) and would not pay for return postage.

Paid for my desk and paid the £15 fee for delivery (already very expensive) to get an email the next day stating they want another £15 for delivery or they can refund! Very disappointed

The parcel with the sink unit was missing all the screws etc needed to assemble the unit. I rang the company 7 times but got a standard message. I had a plumber booked the next day!
When I looked at the outer box it said Home Argos and the instructions also said from Argos!!
I am having to try and get some fittings locally so I don’t loose the plumber. Not impressed and won’t buy from Ebay again.

Great company to shop with. I purchased 2 door wardrobe in grey just to finish off our bedroom project. Great quality for the price you pay and quick delivery. Wardrobe was easy to assemble and I say 40-60min for experienced DIYer. Fabulous and would definitely use again in the future.
