Good luck on service. I called for service a month in advance and had an appointment for April 11. They did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not call. After several calls/text to the service manager and office a tech called and said I had been rescheduled for later that day. They did not show up at the rescheduled time... If you need service I wish you luck......

Had some power issues. They scheduled me and came out so quickly. Service person was very helpful, friendly and skilled to know what was happening. Took a minute to correct! Very good customer service.

Everything went well! The Technician was friendly and very efficient! He fixed the stair lift really quickly and gave us some tips on keeping the chair working. I was extremely happy about getting the chair fixed! Thank you all very much for fixing my chair!

Jesse did an outstanding job installing the stair lift and answered any and all questions that we had. I would highly recommend them!

This is second time I've used Lifeway’s services to make my life a lil easier, I should say after having a ramp into the house for over a year , and just recently had them put in a Stair Lift to make my upstairs accessible again, so I say they have made my life much much easier when it comes to mobility in my Home. From the Showroom, to the in home evaluation to find what would work best for me, to The Installation was a very smooth process, and done much quicker than i had expected. Plan on going to them first in the future when my needs round the house may change, I would Definitely Recommend trying them!

Gabe and Jaryd arrived on time within the window. What I liked is before arrival one of the technicians called to let me know the arrival time. These two came in polite and got to work finished the job less then an hour. One thing I can say is that I had a few adjustment issues which was on our end, and mobility and staff made sure the issue was fixed/complete. They made sure the issue and our needs were handled. I would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.
