Never buy from these people. They are crooks!
Never send me what i bought and wouldn't give me back my money.

I'm not sure if this company is inefficient or dishonest (or both). The strobes I ordered two months before my dive trip were not delivered in time, so I cancelled the order. They acknowledged that I was due a credit of £150 for the strobes, but kept giving excuses about why the money was not refunded to my credit card. After three months of excuses (yes, I was very patient wasn't I! OK, maybe stupid is a better description) I got my credit card company to deal with the problem. Thank goodness credit card companies will help with dreadful businesses such as this one.
EDIT - just seen they have gone bust - no doubt with a big wedge of clients' hard earned cash owing.

"Worst company I’ve ever dealt with"

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took 6 weeks to receive a prioduct that was ordered and the product I finally received was faulty. Sent it back and has still not received a refund. Lied to in the phone and emails get ignored. Currently speaking to Trading Standards to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

"Fraudsters and Scamming B***ards"

Bought a pair of spring straps from them, turned out to be wrong size, didn't get a returns note with package, emailed and they said return them with a cover note. sent it by tracked postage, signed for and once they got it haven't sent the replacement size i wanted or got the money refunded into my bank.

phone them when they are "open" all i got was an answer machine saying they were closed.

Ordered a BCD in June 2017 which was supposed to be a week's delivery. After constant email and promises that it was on order, it never materialised. I asked for a refund in Oct 2017 and was promised this was being processed. Several email's later and constant excuses why it had not been processed, i finally went down to the store to get a refund back onto my credit card. This being accepted, I thought that would be the end of it, after 4 weeks it is still not credited to my bank card and no longer answering phones.
Do not buy from these crooks!!!!!

Place an order in August 2017 and still waiting for the goods or a refund six months later...

There phone number no longer works - number unobtainable - and they do not reply to emails.

Robbed of £67.

"Scammed!!!! Disgusting!!!!"

Went to Great Northen Dive Show the other weekend and bought some equipment from them, was a lady that served me. They didn’t have all I needed so I paid (stupidly) in cash and was told the items would be sent to me. I now see that they have gone into receivership. This is disgusting behaviour. How can they exhibit and take money when they must have know they were in this situation. This needs to be put out in the local press!!! Furious
