Buy this cover to protect against bed bugs. I've bought three so far and find them excellent quality. Bed bugs are at epidemic levels and no matter how clean you keep your home, you can be exposed easily. This is a first step defence to stop these vile bugs getting into my mattresses. They are well made and zip up neatly. A great product.

I phoned Cimexine for advice about a suspected bed bug problem - they gave me a pile of very useful advice on how to identify if the issue was bed bugs and told me what they could do to get rid of them if we did have them. I bought some of their monitoring traps and so far there's no evidence of any bugs.

The service I got was really helpful - the best thing is it was impartial - there was no hard sell to sign up to any treatments.

Highly recommended - they take the time to listen about you problem and help you with the next steps.

The first time I ordered from cimexine I specified 'discreet packaging' in the 'notes' section and they obliged with an anonymous brown box. The second time I ordered I forgot to specify this and the package arrived with the brand name all over the outside and 'PROTECT DETECT DESTROY' written dramatically on the tape. Admittedly I forgot to specify this requirement in the notes that time but I feel that discretion should be standard practice for something like this. No one wants their neighbours to catch sight of that. That's my only quibble. Apart from that the service was very good. When the first package did not arrive on time they refunded the postage costs and apologised. I was happy with that - enough to order again. And I would still order again - just remember to ask for discreet packaging!
