I was very concerned about having bed bugs brought by a visitor to my house who had previously been to a hostel where they were in abundance.
We had various bites but could not see any bugs.
So I called out the specialist who came promptly and spend a long time on assessment of the situation. In the end he reassured me that it was very unlikely for us to have bedbugs and explained the reasons. Our bites seem to have other causes.
This was an excellent service. Thank you

Excellent service, ordered online which was very easy to do, The item i bought was very well discribed with all measurements which i needed to know before i ordered as my mattress seamed to be in between sizes, excellent next day delivery was great apart from delivery driver leaving my parcel with No;10 when i'm No 29, that person also signed for the parcel but never brought it a fair way down the road, i tracked my parcel & it said it was delivered, i rang the UPS DEPOT to be told it was delivered to No;10 & they would get the driver to sort the mess out which he did, its not put me off as i will order a spare mattress encasement plus pillow encasements too, overall please with the quality, a bit pricy but not the dearest i've seen, if it protect my mattress i will be happy.

Great service start to finish. Explained options in depth ... polite and informative and patient and no pressure sell. Went for heat treatment as had had bed bug problems in London flat on and off for a while and came with six month guarantee. Phone always answered when I had questions even at the weekend. Plus the treatment has completely worked first time I think.
