Compre la funda de la silla aer+ y una vez pagada y todo me dijisteis que no teniais stock.
No me parece normal que no haya stock ni se vaya a fabricar la funda de una silla nueva y una vez pagada y esperandola digais que no teneis y os quedeis tan agusto. Se supone que es marca top y uno espera al menos mas implicacion.

Falsches Produkt geliefert. Wenig hilfreicher Kundenservice. Man soll Ersatzteile bestellen, die überhaupt nicht auf der Homepage gelistet sind. Unternehmen nicht empfehlenswert.

"Super Kundenservice"

Haben 460€ bezahlt für den neuen Buggy Joolz Aer+, die Bremse klappt dauernd um auf wackligem Boden, außerdem ist nach einer Woche Nutzung aus dem Nichts unten das Fach gerissen, jetzt haben wir da ein Loch. Haben über den Babyfachmarkt reklamiert und 2 Wochen später haben wir schon alles ersetzt bekommen ohne Diskussion, wurde uns auch direkt verbaut im Babyfachmarkt. Super!!!

This 1 star to speak about an offer that was given (paid for) and then withdrawn and they put a much more expensive option in my path with a pathetic discount whereby I still would have paid double the original deal.

As for the products themselves, I got them 2nd hand and I am very happy with them and I would encourage anyone to get these 2nd hand. The original prices are far too high for my liking. My child is very happy in their prams.

I am only writing this because I got 3 or so reminders to put a review.

Ich habe jetzt schon den zweiten Kinderwagen und Zubehör von Joolz. Wir sind so zufrieden! Die Qualität ist wirklich spitze, die Lieferzeit ist super und auch die Auswahl finde ich wirklich gut. Ich empfehle immer wieder sich für einen Joolz zu entscheiden. Der Fahrkomfort ist für Fahrer und Kind beispielhaft.

"Missing package"

I have got my order wrong. I’ve sent half the order back to joolz and they told me they would send back what I was missing.
I am still waiting for my joolz organizer. When I check the tracking info it says ‘Absent. Package returned to sender’. How come I don’t even have a call from the delivery man? How come they don’t try again? How come they don’t use another place as pick up destination? Instead, they just returned what I have paid?
