"Great for plane travel"

We are so happy that we decided to purchase the Joolz Aer+. It's lightweight, so easy to manoeuvre and fold with just one hand. It's also ideal to have it ready when leaving the plane. It has made our airport journeys so much easier. Quite sturdy and great for city travel. The recline system could be better, but I don't find it terrible. I wish it came with the leg rest, but overall we're quite happy with the purchase

"Schöner Wagen, mangelhaftes Zubehör, wenig Entgegenkommen"

Tolle Produkte, leider nicht vollständig durchdacht und wenig Kundenservice.

Wir haben vor 3 Jahren unseren ersten Joolz-Kinderwagen erworben (Day3) und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Nachdem wir einmal ein No-Name Drogeriemarkt-Regenverdeck ausprobiert hatten und dies uns überhaupt nicht zusagte, haben wir auch ausschließlich original Joolz-Zubehör gekauft und waren sehr zufrieden (Comfort-Sonnencover, Becherhalter, Mitfahrbrett, Regenverdeck, Fußsack, Shopping-Bag,..) --> man sieht, wir haben auch wirklich einiges investiert, da die Sachen ja ihren Preis haben, aber ok. Nun ist gestern der Clip zum Befestigen des Shoppers gebrochen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst teilte man mir mit, der Clip ist leider nicht zu ersetzen und der Shopper kann somit nicht mehr verwendet werden und muss entsorgt werden. Ehrlich gesagt bin ich immer noch ein wenig sprachlos über so wenig Entgegenkommen. Wie kann man denn ein Zubehörteil, welches dafür gedacht ist, dass man es ständig dran- und wieder abclipst, so konzipieren, dass nach Bruch des Clips die Tasche nicht mehr verwendbar ist?
Mit unserem Mitfahrbrett hatten wir leider ähnliche Probleme, auch hier ist das Konzept nicht richtig durchdacht. Ein Gummiband (ca. 2,5 cm) soll das Brett an seiner Position halten, wenn es gerade nicht genutzt wird. 2x ist uns das Band schon gerissen, immerhin wurde es 1x vom Jools Kundenservice ersetzt.. dennoch, auch da wenig Entgegenkommen, was ich bei den Preisen wirklich schade finde.

"Adaptor doesnt fit"

I bought an adaptor to a car seat britax romer; however it doesnt fit my britax romer car seat. It would be grrat to have more information about all models that adaptors can fit, including the newest models.
Also, I bought it at joolz.es website, so at first the comms were in Spanish. Then I received emails in English, Italian and Dutch, which is confusing.

Si quisiera un producto usado habría comprado en wallapop y me habría ahorrado cientos de euros.

Aer+ ideal for city walk-up

We originally bought the Aer+ for two upcoming trips now that our daughter is 9 months old and too heavy to carry. The silver lining however has been the ease of use in getting in/out of our front door, which is separated from the sidewalk by two sets of stairs and a gate. Our Uppababy Vista, while fantastic, is too large and heavy to do this on one's own easily, especially while also managing a large dog. Highly recommend for city dwellers looking to simplify a quick pop-out from the house.
