"Exceptional Customer Service Experience!"

I recently purchased a car from Riviera Automotive Ltd, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the employee I dealt with was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle.

My sales consultant, John Khan, went above and beyond to ensure I was fully informed and comfortable throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me with financing options that suited my needs. There was no pressure, just a focus on making sure I was happy with my decision. John’s customer service was outstanding to say the least, I am extremely happy with my purchase and will be highly recommending to family and friends.

"Poor Business Values and Principles"

Poor Business Values and Treated with Appalling Disrespect.

Enquired about a Range Rover that was advertised on the Riviera website, rang and left multiple messages of interest and was told by receptionist that someone would call me back, after 4 days of persistence on my part I eventually got through to Chris who explained that the car was sold.

Next day I received a call from Chris saying the original buyer was messing them about and the car was mine if I wanted it, I said yes please, I’ll have it.

“I’ll call you back after the weekend as I’m off, ok, speak soon.”

I Never got a call back from Chris, but I chased him using a different mobile number from my end and eventually got through 4 days later, he apologised and said the car had once again been sold to the original buyer.

2 days later to my complete surprise I got a call from Chris saying, “My apologies but we’ve been let down again and the car is definitely yours if you want it, once again I said yes please, but insisted he took a deposit this time which he did over the phone and shortly after I received an email receipt and sale agreement.

Chris said he’d call me to let me know when I could collect the car.

3 days later having Ieft multiple messages asking him to contact me, I heard nothing from him. I wrote again suggesting various collection dates, still no response!!!

Out of despair I escalated to Scott, GM of Sales, but still no response.

After 10 emails, numerous left messages and text messages I eventually received an email from Scott saying the car was no longer for sale, he provided no explanation, no phone call, nothing.

Rarely have I experience such unprofessional behaviour, however, on this occasion I felt compelled to write about it and express my frustration.

My experience with Riviera Automotive and their due representatives was extremely poor and to be completely ghosted by them despite every effort being made to buy a £54000 car I find extremely unprofessional, unfair and dishonest.

I was offered the car on 3 occasions and had paid a £500 deposit and received a purchase order, then without any explanation was told the car was now no longer for sale without any explanation.
Poor show guys.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quick, easy and seamless car purchase. Chris was very helpful, knowledgable and did a great job.

I’m already in the process of speaking to him about another purchase.

A credit to the company.

Great experience all round in the purchase of new car. On the day we saw the vehicle online we called and said we would be there within an hour to look at it, this was no problem. On arrival we were greeted warmly and offered drinks. The Mercedes was immaculate. Billy was lovely to deal with, extremely professional and polite. We paid the despots and returned the following weekend to collect the vehicle. Everything was handled and dealt with brilliantly and easily. Happy customers

"First time I have used Riviera"

First time I have used Riviera, found them online through a search for the vehicle I was after. Dealt with Chris. I was a little bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews but I can say I have received a superb service from Chris. Always on hand to assist, answered all my questions, arranged delivery, added value at every turn.
There have been a few niggles with the car, to be expected with a secondhand car that is 5 years old, but Chris has been both helpful and supportive with all queries.
I have no problems with this Company, or the service received. Thanks Chris & your Team

Avoid them at any cost.
I have purchased a BMW X7 in this dealership. The car was fine with driving then I noticed the mould in the seatbelt and the rust in speaker in next two weeks of purchase the car started to leak from passenger side I have drive the car back to get checked and they checked everything and have me the car back writhing 1 hour and told me everything is fine . Here comes again when I got the car for the wash it was leaking again from the same side. I called them and they took the car back to get checked return the car in few week and promised me that it doesn’t leak anymore . Because of the summer time it didn’t rain so the car was okay till that as soon as the weather changed and started to rain car has been leaking. These company wanted to keep rectifying the problem as sealing the leaking area. I have rejected the car and spoke to one of their sales man called billy. They wanted the another chance which I have given already two times. I wasn’t really happy with their customer service and they are selling faulty cars be careful with this dealership
