Liebe Frau Julia von AlpacaMall ! Ihre Ware gefällt mir sehr gut und ja auch Ihr Bewerben der Ware. Nur passieren eben auch Fehler; so auch über den Zoll, wobei eine Benachrichtigung eben auch mal untergegangen sein könnte (Spam, Stress usw ?). Ich hatte schon öfters angeschrieben und war auch sehr verärgert. Ich bitte um Verständnis ! Ich hatte bereits zum wiederholten Male bestellt und das erste Mal klappte es auch vorzüglich. Das zweite Mal, aus besagten Gründen, leider nicht. Jetzt bitte ich Sie fragen zu dürfen, wie ich dennoch zu "meiner" nachweislich bezahlten Ware kommen könnte ? Ich bin auch gerne bereit, die Zustellkosten vollständig zu übernehmen natürlich, da ich die ursprüngliche Zustellung versäumt hatte. Ich würde sie mir sogar selbst abholen, sollte ich nicht nach Äquador bzw Bolivien fliegen müssen ! Innerhalb von Österreich, gerne ! Die verantwortlichen Personen müssen ja doch das Paket an den Absender zurückgesandt haben. Wenn man mich als Kunde schätzt und bewerben möchte, so bitte ich, es mir zukommen zu lassen.
