Sehr geehrte AlpacaMall, Anfang Oktober habe ich 2 Pullover bestellt, die am 22.Oktober geliefert werden sollten. Die Kosten für Pullover und Devisenumrechnung wurden bereits kurze Zeit später abgebucht. Bis heute warte ich noch auf die Ware!!! Eine hoffentlich positive Bewertung Ihrer Firma kann ich erst nach dem Empfang abgeben.

Bitte Finger weg von dieser Firma. wie ich hier schon lesen konnte, wurde schon oft Geld kassiert und Ware nicht geliefert. So ist es auch bei mir. Ich habe jetzt Strafanzeige gestellt. Diese Firma betrügt und ist unehrlich. Die Ware kam hier nie an. Und sie haben alle ausreden. Letztendlich zählt das die Ware angekommen ist. Dafür sind sie verantwortlich. lasst bloß die Finger weg von dieser Firma. Hier kann nur nochdie Polizei was machen.

I have ordered a poncho and even got the express shipping and it still says pending even though it took the money. After reading alot of reviews I'm now regretting my decision to buy it and want a refund but have not gotten an email back from them.

the company handled my order very well and quickly. the only issue I had was the bottom on the garment was not sewed and it was unraveling. I had it taken care of so this would not happen

Hi, I purchased 4 sweatshirts recently from Alpaca mall for myself and family/friends, and we are all totaly in love in them. I plan to get more. Super soft, beautiful, warm. I got one white one which I did not like as much, bc the fiber does not feel as natural (perhaps due to use of some kind of bleach?)

The items I bought are beautiful but the fabric is not as soft as I imagined. Why I give 5-stars are because of the designs, colors and EXCELLENT customer service. I was concerned about my order and sent off an email to check on the status. I received quickly a very polite and professional response which set me at ease. My order came shortly thereafter. I do love my new Lady Diana sweater and look forward to wearing it later this autumn. Again, KUDOS to customer service!!
