"Alpaca Mall - Best not to use if you live outside the US"
I bought a Poncho from Alpaca Mall. It arrived quickly delivered by Amazon UK. The product itself was thin and small. I could hardly get my head through the hole. On emailing to return it for a refund I was told that I could not have a refund only an exchange in line with their terms and conditions but not UK law. Eventually I was given a return address in the US, even though it had been sent using Amazon in the UK. The cost to return it made it uneconomical to return. I feel like I have been scammed and would not recommend this company

I ordered 4 items from you on the 24th November (£165.75). I received 1 item locally from Amazon, which was great. Originally when ordering seeing as everything was listed in £ I thought I would of been getting a local delivery but 3 items have been sent from California to the UK where I live. I received an email of the other 3 items stating that they are stuck in Customs and they require £54.27 to release which was never stated to me at any point whilst ordering from their website! I contacted Alpaca Mall on the 6th of December and I have still had NO RESPONSE whatsoever, can’t say much for their customer service that’s for sure!! I wanted to understand if the Customs chargers were correct and not a scam and also why it was never stated to me that these charges would occur! I would NEVER recommend anyone EVER buy from this company!! I’ve paid the customs charges which stated I would receive the items within 2-3 working days and that was 5 working days ago. I honestly don’t even know if I will receive these items and no response from Alpaca Mall, feels like I have been scammed. I bought from this company for natural and ethical clothing and their customer service and principles does not match the work that they are trying to do. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Could I even get a refund? I’m not sure.

Habe 2 Artikel bestellt und bekommen habe ich nur 1 Artikel, obwohl beide bezahlt. Kundenservice ist mangelhaft, öfters gemailt und nur geantwortet das sie geliefert worden sind, obwohl nicht bekommen.

"Arnaque. Commande payée mais pas enregistrée et pas envoyée"
J'ai commandé le 3 décembre dernier un poncho. Le montant de la commande a été immédiatement débité. Mais quand j'ai consulté mon compte sur le site Alpacamall, il m'a été répondu que que je n'avais pas de commande en cours !
J'ai, depuis, envoyé plusieurs courriels au service clients, le dernier en espagnol pour bien me faire comprendre. Silence absolu !
Il me semble bien qu'on a à faire à un site d'arnaque où on attire le client, où on encaisse le montant des commandes, sans bien sûr les mettre en livraison. ATTENTION à ne pas se faire piéger comme moi. Je vais par ailleurs m'adresser au Centre Européen des Consommateurs pour voir comment récupérer mon argent (67,12 euros, quand même!).

Ich vor kurzem bei alpaca mall was bestellt jetzt würde ich es gerne zurück schicken leider finde ich kein Rücksende Formular auf der Webseite und bekomme auch keine Rückmeldung auf meine Mails.Vielleicht kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben.

"Buy sale items, pay full price, lacking customer service"
I bought items during a sale and they charged me the regular price. I reached out but they did not respond for a week. When someone finally got back to me items were already shipped. I never got a refund for the difference between the promotion price and what they over charged me (about $30 more). Once items arrived I tried to return the items, but once again no one had answered for a week.
Eventually I got a response. A refund was issued, although attempts at addressing the issue proactively was futile. But I am glad to see Customer Service does exist.

Terrible customer service.
I've ordered an item over 3 weeks ago.
Cant track shipment. When finally confronted the company about it they said its been delivered which it hasn't been. I've requested where it has been delivered and had no answer. Then been told they'll sort it out withing 48h which hasn't happend either. Been emailing them lots and no response to any of it. Now I just want my money back but I guess I won't get that either. Shocking. I would avoid buying from this place if I was new customer.

L'avventura continua, mi mandano un maglione sostitutivo dicendomi che non devo pagarlo (ma devo comunque pagare FedEx) per poi ritrovarmi due maglioni rovinati allo stesso modo, quando ho mandato la foto dei due maglioni chiedendo i soldi indietro sono spariti

I have been very sceptical when I did not received a confirmation mail of my order and really not much of the answers to my emails either, but three days later I have got a tracking number and two more days later a gorgeous alpaca sweater size 2/S (I am 122lb 5’7”) and poncho looking better then I have expected and not to mention how soft both are. Thank you very much! It is very beautiful!
