They made every excuse not to give me their address or a return label
I have never come across such a dishonest poor company as this one
Very poor quality and very very poor costumer service.
The fraud department have taken over
Make sure you read all the terms and conditions as you will not get your money back if the item is faulty or to small or big.
They need shutting down. Day light robbery

Lack of communication, sent several emails just to find out where my order was.
It took from Dec to Feb and still no refund.
Reviews show many people with same problems.

Ich habe vor Weihnachten einen Poncho bestellt, und im Voraus gezahlt.
Doch der Poncho kam nie an. Laut AlpacaMall sollte es per Amazon kommen, laut der Email per DHL.
Ein Bestätigung der Lieferung konnte man mir nicht zeigen, und man zeigte sich uneinwillig den Auftrag zu stornieren, bzw. mir den Poncho wirklich zuzuschicken.
Das riecht sehr stark nach Betrügershop! Bezahlt unbedingt erst nach Lieferung!

"I ordered a sweater as a Christmas…"

I ordered a sweater as a Christmas present for my wife because according to the AlpacaMall website it could make it in time. We received it five days after Christmas, the size was not XL that we ordered, but Medium, and the wool was not alpaca. I sent two emails to AlpacaMall asking how to return the item. They did not condescend to reply.

"Not happy as not delivered"

I ordered two AlpacaMall ponchos on 05.01.2022 and now it is 20.01.2022. I have not been provided with a tracking number, as I checked out as a guest I cannot access my invoice and don't even know if the items have been sent. Sent two separate emails asking for an update and no response. Just want confirmation and a tracking number. Not that hard.
