Resolved my washing machine problem. The technician was knowledgeable and explained in details what the problem was.
I am not giving 5 stars because on a different occasion, a different technician came for my fridge and he didn’t resolve the issue, just told us to change the fridge, when in reality it was easily repairable. It’s a very expensive fridge and all it had was a leak of cooling gas.
