The repair was handled well from your office through to when the engineer turned up. Everyone was polite.
Price was reasonable.
Timescale for the repair was the only issue. It would have been good for an earlier repair.

Repair to our washing machine was fixed in 30mins and old parts were recycled but a £10 parking permit, which was an added expense, was wasted as the engineer didn’t use it. We had already diagnosed the reason why our machine wasn’t working and had purchased the necessary parts for installation but we were still charged for a diagnostic assessment of the machine. It was a very costly repair for 30 minutes work.
