"Our dishwasher broke down yesterday…"

Our dishwasher broke down yesterday evening, so I went online that same evening, to find DOMEX. They have an excellent easy to use web site. I was amazed that they were able to offer me a next day service to visit & repair the machine, and provided a speedy & fair quotation to carry out the work. Josh, the engineer, was polite, thoughtful, professional and fixed the issue. He gave sound advice should the problem happen again. He is a credit to the company. I would certainly recommend DOMEX, and will certainly call on them again for any
Issues with kitchen appliances as they handle all the leading brands.

"Domex does the job with excellence"

Repair Specialist Vlad was totally professional in every respect on the two calls he made to us to troubleshoot and then repair our Miele oven, couldn't have been more polite or efficient.
Our only reservation, which his nothing to do with Vlad, is the lead time to get an appointment. We had to wait a week to book a slot to diagnose , then wait another week for the part and repair to coincide.
Perhaps this is to do with the mismatch between repair demand and available repair specialists, but feels a bit too long to have to wait.

"Very happy to have our wine fridge repaired"

We had a brand of wine fridge that wasn’t supported by Domex. However, the guys came out to try and repair it, as I had managed to acquire some spare parts.

The service was excellent and after 2 attempts Gancho managed to get it working again. We are absolutely thrilled as it was an expensive purchase and we had fairly limited support from the company we bought it from despite it being in guarantee.

I would definitely recommend Domex and will certainly use them again in future.

"Good but…"

The technician fixed my oven however didn’t put it back correctly so now the cupboard next to it doesn’t close properly. I have contacted customer services but I haven’t heard again from them. Disappointed

Since I posted the review (2 stars), Domex contacted me and sent the engineer today to fix the position of the oven so the cupboard door opens and closes perfectly now. Thank you for fixing! (Changed to 4 stars).
