The engineer (Nas J) was lovely - very knowledgable and professional, friendly, efficient and effective. I am extremely pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nas, or Domex, to anyone requiring an appliance repair. Top marks!

I called Domex about a leaking dishwasher . The engineer came out completed several tests but failed to pull the appliance out to check other sources of the leak ! Subsequently this leak caused significant damage to my ( 2 year old kitchen cupboard and flooring .
I called customer service who were rude ! I stopped using the appliance and pulled out the rotted wood panel . Insurance company have just written off the dishwasher and replaced it !
Fortunately I have video evidence of the whole debacle and await DOMEX to respond . I am so upset that parts of my new kitchen are ruined from the undiagnosed problem .
UPDATE🏴☠️🏴☠️ 5-4-25 still waiting for a call back . Domex stated that I would receive a call back yesterday . Surprise , surprise I didn’t receive one . I call this morning and they continued with the untruths ! That they tried to call me yesterday and they sent me an email ! Again not TRUE! They may or may not call me today as it’s Saturday ???? I am beyond frustrated . This company are a shocking example of minimum standard of customer service from shabby on site diagnostics, RUDE telephone operators , and to top it all UNTRUE claims of a call back and email communication 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
