From the minute I called Curbio on a home that I could not list due to the age of the roof, it was a wonderful experience! Everyone is so nice and professional and hands down the best communication I’ve ever had with any company they keep you updated. They keep your clients updated. I feel it’s a very reasonable service. They did a wonderful job. They took pictures of everything I would use them over and over again. So thankful

John Buonadonna, the local project manager, was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Although the initial estimate from the matterport view was incorrect, (underestimated in price and overestimated the actual quickness to complete the work), he worked hard to help us. Based on this experience, I do suggest that agents be careful, especially with exterior and landscaping/ground work, to have a physical visit for estimate accuracy.

The home evaluation was quick and thorough, easy to add/subtract items, work completed quickly, great communication and photo updates, resolution and customer service minded. Our PM was very pleasant to work with and accommodated my client's difficult schedule.

"Cumbersome and Poor Workmanship"

The process was cumbersome to say the least. There were many mishaps along the way and poor workmanship. Some of it was made right, but not without pulling teeth to make it happen. It's evident Curbio's project managers are overworked with too many projects on their plate to keep straight. My project manager was great to work with, but there's no way he was able to provide great service with how many projects he had going at the same time.

Curbio provides a great solution in the marketplace that I wish I could continue to recommend to my clients. However, with how this project went I can't in good faith recommend Curbio to future clients without some serious changes to the way they operate their business.
