The story would be exhausting to have to explain again. That said, the Better Business Bureau rating of "F" pretty much says it all.

Twice during our engagement, my project manager became unresponsive, making it impossible for me to reach them. This caused significant disruptions to the project. Unfortunately, when I attempted to contact other parties for assistance, the responses I received were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of my concerns.

Being able to pay at closing for the repairs made it easy for the client to get their home up to date with flooring, paint and exterior wall repairs and put it on the market. Curbio subcontracted my flooring for 2 days to a company called Empire. I had atleast 6 things in my house damaged and/or concealed. It was a battle every step of the way getting any reimbursements for damages. Yes, I reported in a timely manner. Thank God they were only in my house for 2 days. They also disappear when there are problems. My final call was from one of their lawyers. They did reimburse me for a few things. I have plenty of pictures and it was still a battle. I'm ashamed to say the owner is Ret AF and so am I. I also ended up removing the first realtor because once introduced to the project manager they said they knew each other. I am exhausted from this process and trust me they have plenty of people to counter anything you have to say regarding damages to include lawyers. They continue to say, "pre existing problems" and that they didn't do it. I highly recommend do not use them.

The results are amazing, but the BEST 2 things about Curbio: their portal & their people. The portal is a one-stop for all project info & updates & photos, and is so easy to use. The people, especially the Project Manager like John B., are the best because they go above-and-beyond and really keep their clients' best interests at heart. Will recommend them a million times over!

It was poor communication between myself, my client and the Curbio representative that we were assigned to. They were too many hands in the pot at the beginning of the deal to where things got mixed up. My client was not happy with the job you did, and because of this, she ended up firing me. I believe she still has a balance with you.
