To overcome the hurdles, our project manager, Eddie De Leon, really came through. He was so efficient with helping us get to the finish line and on the market. I can't thank him enough. The house turned out beautiful.

CURBIO’s business model is appealing and their marketing is promising but CURBIO is only delusional and disappointing. They failed in every respect including in failing to deliver a joyful consumer experience.

It is a very RISKY experience and you will not be empowered to resolve any issues that come up. You will be provided poor and defective work and poor quality products at high costs, with inaccurate promises of project timelines and project management help. You will be paying a huge surcharge by delaying payment and getting far inferior work quality than you would elsewhere. CURBIO's business model is focused on speed and profit, and if you try to ask them to do the work right, they will extend the price and timeline of the project and blame you. When you document their failures, they do not admit anything. It's never their fault and you have no recourse. Contractors damaged my property and CURBIO refused to answer for their mistakes.

To sum up my experience in a few words: all CURBIO cares about is profit.

I experienced their incompetence, lack of integrity, lack of communication, mismanagement, defective work, faulty workmanship, and failure to abide by industry standards that resulted in significant defects and major damages to my property… My project was started in August 2022 and remains unfinished at this time, with numerous defects and damages caused by substandard workmanship. Yet, CURBIO takes ZERO accountability.

Overall, my negative experience with CURBIO has cost me a fortune due to the delays, damages, time wasted, efforts, surcharges, the impact on our life and projects, and the drop in home prices. I will either need to sell the house as is and lose more money, or I will need to have the damages repaired, the defects fixed, have some work redone, and finish the work, essentially paying twice for work that should have been done properly the first time. I was overcharged for defective work and a horrible experience. Now, they are even demanding payment for costs we never agreed to. It's a nightmare.
