"Do Not Book with Haq Travels"

Had the worst experience booking our Umrah trip with this company. We booked through Zain Ameen who continuously told us lies. We were a party of 10 people and paid for and booked 2 triple rooms and one quad room in both Makkah and Madina hotels. When we arrived in Makkah the hotel staff issued us with 3 double rooms. Zain had actually booked double rooms but took money from us for 2 triple rooms and a quad room. At this point we didn’t have enough beds per person. When we questioned Zain and asked him to resolve the problem, initially he told us his supplier in Saudi would contact hotel to resolve issue. The problem was never solved after many phone calls, email and text messages. Zain then kept telling us that it was the hotel at fault here and that the hotel have double booked rooms due to it being peak times. Hotel staff confirmed to us with proof that Haq travels had booked only 3 double rooms. Zain was not willing to take responsibility for deception. Zain simply told us we need to solve the problem with the hotel directly. (We didn’t book hotel directly, we booked through Zain) We wasted a lot of our time on the phone to Zain, sending emails and worrying about where some of our family members would sleep. The hotel staff were nice enough eventually after much discussion, to squeeze in the extra beds into the double rooms. We were squashed up in a double room with 4 beds for 6 nights.
After arriving in Madina again we had the same problem but this time the rooms were so small that extra beds could not physically accommodate the rooms. We had a big problem! We did not have enough beds to sleep on. Again the hotel confirmed to us that no quad room was booked with them by Zain. Again we paid for quad room but did not get it.
Finally after many conversations we asked to speak to Mr Qureshi (director of Haq travels trading as AFA travels). We researched our self and found out Mr Qureshi is the director. Zain informed us we cannot speak to Mr Qureshi. Eventually after threatening Zain with taking legal action against him, Zain forwarded the call to Abdullah. Abdullah was trying to carry on with Zains lies, then eventually when realised we were serious about taking legal action, finally contacted and paid the hotel to give us a quad room. By this time it was midnight!
It has been an extremely stressful time! We have been to a umrah before with other agents and have never come across any problems like this! Zain and Haq travels, shame on you for taking peoples money out of deception and not providing the service we paid for.

Excellent response to any query. Excellent customer service and the team really understands the situation and provides value for money itineraries. My experience with them was such great that the day I queried my trip was the day I booked my trip. It goes to show the company really tries to understand their clients and does the upmost best to find great possibilities. My biggest applaud goes to Zain who gave me the best deal for my trip. He was very professional and he cooperative to understand my needs. Honestly, he fulfilled every bit of my criteria. He was very easily approachable and even from far distance Zain kept me up to date with my trip. It’s a great attainment for the team as a whole to have a such member.

I live in a different city as to the company and I’m very happy with their service that was provided. This goes to show that Haq Travels try their best in all regions. I know I will be making all my future trips with Haq Travels and I advise all to use the service of Haq Travels.

Brother Faizan was exceptional with our entire booking, providing us with all the information we needed from flights to hotels confirming stars and everything we needed to know.
The taxi company arranged were punctual and contacted before each trip. They were so nice that we have stayed in contact with our driver.
Faizan also kept in contact whilst we were on Umrah to ensure everything was okay and that we were happy.
We couldn’t have asked for more. He was transparent with everything from the beginning.
We will definitely use HAQ travels via Faizan brother again inshAllah.

"First umrah excellent organisation"

This was my first Umrah with my family .Brother Abdullah Rehman was so helpful and kind . The arrangements he had made for us were very good. We didn’t have to worry about the transfers etc . The taxi drivers were also punctual and very helpful . The only let down was the hotels in Makkah - they were definitely not 4 star . Other than that everything was perfect. It was a memorable trip. I wish brother Abdullah all the best for the future and may Allah swt bless him along the way and give barkat in his rizq. Hope he continues to help people to do their Umrah . Will definitely recommend him and Haq travels to friends and family. Also hope to do more Umrahs InShaAllah . Jazak Allah Khair .
